Wow. I am so happy that I took the time to sit down with my cup of tea this morning to read your newsletter. It truly resonated with everything that I am feeling. I was writing in my journal about stepping back and letting go of all the noise around me and just letting myself be still. Thank you for sharing ❤️ Your journals are so inspiring, and give a stillness and calming energy. Just lovely!
Hi Darlene, glad you enjoyed reading through it all. It's so easy to get swept away with the current, but so much harder to step back. It takes intentional planning, especially for those of us whose livelihoods depend on being online these days.
Hello Lynn, thanks for taking the time to read what I shared. The pomegranate poem is so relevant for the times we live in now. So many voices drowning our own.
What wonderful musings on stillness, even in business. I've been thinking deeply on this as I alter how I approach business and the basics of daily work now that I am a mother. It's quite true that it is easy to allow peacefulness and vision to slip away into a "daily grind" measured against external metrics of success. Certainly that can't be wrong for everyone, but how refreshing to unhook from that narrative of rushing and choose a mountaintop way of being for your own work!

Always such a joy to read these my friend (and I love Jess' work too). Thank you for being such an inspiration!
Thank you, Natalie. I'm enjoying using Substack, thanks for introducing me to it.
Love these reveries. Much wisdom here and as a fellow creative I love the pomegranate story. I will check out Jess.
